With resurfaced concrete, commonly referred to as a concrete overlay or decorative overlay, we can give any concrete surface a custom makeover at a much lower cost than removal and replacement. Every product we make has been designed and engineered to stand the test of time. We start with a unique rubberized polymer that allows
our overlay to not only be flexible, but cure to compression strength just under 5,000 psi, for the ultimate in durability in any season and in every region.
Concrete Craft has developed a cutting-edge system that allows us to create a finish that simulates real stone. We use a fiber-enriched coarse sand overlay mix to create a durable surface requiring minimal upkeep, and use real stone molds to provide the same textures found in nature. Our coloring system has built-in UV protection and, in combination with our sealers, creates a beautiful low-maintenance surface to be enjoyed for years.

RestoreKoat™ by Concrete Craft™ is a versatile repair mortar, designed for use on properly prepared concrete substrates. It can be used for spall repairs, complete resurfacing, large structural rebuilds, or where damaged concrete is in need of repair. Typically installed as a stand-alone overlay for concrete substrates, it provides an economical solution that has excellent abrasion-resistant properties and very good durability against mechanical damage. We specialize in restoring concrete on patios, driveways, walkways, stairways, and pool decks that have suffered from years of exposure.

Our Process
Preparation
Any detached surface concrete that is not firmly attached to the slab is removed by milling or diamond grinding the surface. Spalls, divots, and cracks are all addressed and a preliminary resurfacing agent is bonded to the concrete, if necessary. The project area is pressure washed to remove dust and debris, and the slab is hydrated to receive proper coating.
Installation
The resurfacing mortar or bonding resin is applied. With SandKoat, natural quartz is broadcast to refusal. With RestoreKoat, the two components resurfacing mortar is handtrowled to a nominal 1/8 inch thickness.
Finishing
The surface is broomed for traction and texture, or sealed for easy care and maintenance.
