Elastocrete

3/8s of an inch thick concrete layer that creates a solid, beautiful interior floor finish.

Elastocrete is a two-component, polymer-modified cement with many superior properties compared with traditional cements. It can be used as flooring, countertops, wall panels, and tables.

Elastocrete has reduced risk of cracking and, when properly cured, flexural strengths of 2,200 PSI and compressive strengths of up to 7,500 PSI can be achieved. Elastocrete bonds to organic and inorganic materials and can be used over troubled surfaces, wood, rubber underlay, and even commercial carpet with minimal risk of cracking.

Large square footage can be achieved without seams. Additionally, Elastocrete can be used as an effective asbestos abatement.

Elastocrete allows unlimited color options using regular UV-stable paint pigments.

The strength and flexibility of Elastocrete significantly decreases the likelihood of damages that may need repair and, in the event repair is needed, Elastocrete will bond to itself making repairs easy and consistent.

Preparation

Extreme care is taken to prep every concrete slab to ensure the application process meets our standards. A thorough cleaning and exfoliation will guarantee an extreme bond every time utilizing Concrete Craft's exclusive process.

Application

After applying our unique moisture-resistant bonding primer, we apply our proprietary concrete coating to the surface. At the end of the curing process, we use real stone and wood molds to achieve a natural appearance prior to our craftsmen hand-carving or stamping your patterns.

Color & Seal

Our proprierty coloring system uses special UV-resistant colors and pigments. Our exclusive color blends will enhance your surface, replicating that which you would find in nature. We then complete your project with our durable sealers to ensure many years of low maintenance and added UV protection.
